I don’t need an engagement shoot, can I skip it?
I highly recommend that you do an engagement shoot. First, its free! If you booked a wedding, engagement photos come with it. My little gift to you. Second, the engagement shoot is an important chance for us to hang out, have a fun time, and get to know each other. It ensures that we are all comfortable together and typically helps you feel more relaxed on the day of your wedding. Third, engagement sessions are super fun and you'll get a ton of neat photos to share before your wedding.
Do you travel? What about Destination weddings?

Travel expenses?
Each wedding exceeding 50 miles from my home base in Gettysburg, PA will include travel expenses. I charge $.55 per mile outside of that 50 mile radius. Shoot me an e-mail and I'd be happy to work out the details!
Can I see a full wedding sample?
Absolutely! I can send you a link to a full wedding. I usually try to send you a wedding gallery that will be comparable to yours, based off of your location and time of year, so be sure to include a few details about your day.
What kind of equipment do you have?
I shoot with Canon R6 full frame mirroless cameras and use mostly prime lenses. For all you camera nerds out there, I shoot most of day with the 35mm and 85mm lenses but I have a handful of other lenses if needed. I prefer natural light and use it whenever possible, but also come prepared with on-camera and off-camera flash. I also love shooting film, both 35mm and medium format. How long does it take to get our photos back?
In the contract it states that you will have your wedding photos back between four to eight weeks of your wedding date. Sometimes I can get them back a little quicker depending on the time of year and how many weddings I am shooting during that timeframe. I want to edit and sort each wedding to the best of my ability and take pride in the quality of photos I deliver. I don't use AI or an outside company to edit my photos because I feel like that compromises the quality of the photos.
how will we receive our photos?
For engagement and portrait shoots you will receive your images on a secure online gallery. For your wedding, you will receive your images on a flash drive and online gallery.
can we have the raw files?
Sorry, but I do not provide clients with RAW files. I work hard to keep my work unique and a specific style.
